The GIS Help Desk is intended for students enrolled in Geospatial Engineering or Environmental Engineering having questions about GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS and Python) in the scope of their Bachelor Projects.

- Open IT Shop https://itshop.ethz.ch and log in with your ETHZ Login
- Service Catalog —> Software & Licenses —> Order Software Product
- Choose Organizational Unit (ETH-STUD)
- Search for ArcGIS and choose either ESRI ArcGIS Desktop or ESRI ArcGIS Pro
- Request license, order can be checked under “My Products”
